Welcome to the VN Capital Management, LLC website. We founded our company in March 2002 on the belief that long term wealth accumulation is derived from a conservative, value equity investing philosophy coupled with low portfolio turnover, minimal expenses, and selective hedging.

This culminated with the launch of the VN Capital Fund I, LP in June 2002, a fund containing a concentrated portfolio of 8-12 intensively researched small cap stocks from basic industries that are either overlooked by the broad investment community or that are unfairly tainted by news affecting their respective economic areas.

We strongly believe that investors deserve complete transparency from us about how we manage their money.
